Learn belly-dancing moves and get a great workout at the same time. This instructor- led class offers a super aerobic workout that focuses on your core! Work your body with the natural flow and fun moves of belly-dancing for both cardiovascular and muscular gains. Our one-hour class will help you isolate and identify abdominal, glute, thigh and arm muscles that you didn't think existed. Classes offered every 1st and 3rd Monday in Irving at 7:30 and every Monday in Lewisville at 7:30 PM. Call to reserve your space.
